Dale spent 35 years in the mortgage industry helping customers purchase and refinance the homes of their dreams. He takes pride in helping customers get the best program for their personal situations as well as building strong partnerships with realtors and builders. During that time, he did business in many other states, gaining valuable knowledge of markets both inside and outside of the St. Louis area.
Being part of the Mortgage Lending team at TheBANK means working with people that are truly committed to doing their best every day – building long-term relationships with customers, realtors and builders. We help customers improve their lives by purchasing new homes or refinancing their current homes to improve their financial situations.
Personal success to me is helping members of my team succeed in building customer and referral relationships, allowing them to help more customers in our community and promote TheBANK in a positive way.
I am available 7 days a week for questions and pre approvals. I also ask a lot of questions to insure that I understand the customer’s personal situation, so I make sure I put them in the program that is best fits their needs. Success for my clients is seeing their smiling faces when handed the keys to their new home.
I feel accepted as a trusted advisor when a customer or referral source refers their family, friends and coworkers to our team. I also find it rewarding when realtors and builders refer us to their future customers.
